RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 days of order confirmation. After 2 days, your right to modify or cancel your order is subject to a modification/cancellation/return fee in the amount of 50% of your purchase. If the return is granted a waiver of the 50% of purchase price, a 15% restocking fee will apply. The return shipping will also be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Return/Cancellation credits after 48 hours from date of sale will be issued in the form of store credit, less applicable restocking, delivery, and pick up fees. Cox Manufacturing, LLC retains the option to repair or replace the defective item or parts of the warranted product found to be defective within the terms of this warranty.
Please contact Cox Manufacturing, LLC within two (2) business days of merchandise receipt to arrange a return. After two (2) business days, you will be deemed to have accepted the merchandise and a return will not be possible. All returns must be received in original condition and any manufacturing defect will be handled pursuant to the Cox Manufacturing, LLC Limited Warranty.
Please note that items ordered from our “Sale” section cannot be returned. All returns must be received in original condition and made within 21 days from delivery.
Upon receipt of the return and item inspection, refund determination will be based on the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
CHARGES & REFUNDS
Customers authorize, understand and agree that all charges, balances, taxes and fees as outlined in the Order Summary and/or Terms of Sale can be charged on credit card provided at time of sale. Customers will be responsible for all applicable taxes regardless of the amount quoted on this web site at the time the order is placed. All refunds will be issued using the original form of payment except in the case of returns of stocked furniture made more than 48 hours from the date of sale, which will be issued in the form of a store credit.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, so please review these terms and conditions prior to making any purchase from us. Availability, prices and delivery are subject to change. We make every effort to provide accurate product information, however errors may occur. Therefore, product availability, descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of any items.
COX LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Cox Manufacturing, LLC offers a limited lifetime warranty against defective material or workmanship on the interior frame and seat construction for a period of one (1) year. We offer this to the original purchaser only. This warranty does not apply to non-residential applications.
Cox Manufacturing, LLC retains the option to repair or replace the defective item or parts of the warranted product found to be defective within the terms of this warranty.
All repair charges must be authorized in writing by Cox Manufacturing, LLC for warranty work. No merchandise should be returned without a “return authorization number”.
Due to natural variations in wood, grain and color, consistency of wood finishes may vary slightly from pictured finish or actual wood finish sample. This should not be considered defective in the finishing process.
Leathers may have color variation within each hide and from hide to hide. Healed scars, scratches, insect bites and wrinkles are not considered defects in leather.
